Daylight is here!

The yesterday's darkness has faded away
The mighty force of daylight is here again
Now must we carry out opportunities assay
And see every obstacle to progress in disdain!

Wake up, friend; the fresh morning is calling
Pointing at you with such an assurance and hope
The vast resources available today, there is no telling
Clear your eyes, see the wide horizon's scope!

Refreshed by night rest, your spirit is renewed
So, stand up, dress up and look up with new zeal
Receive strength from God for your bones and sinews
The pain of yesterday has now been healed!

Heaven!

I long to dwell in the holy city in the high
The very abode of  God the Most High
Where I will have no cause to ever sigh
There, God shall draw my spirit nigh

It is a place  I will never, never grow old
The joy and happiness there is untold!
The streets there are tarred with gold
Indeed, a land for the freed and the bold!

Qualify me, Oh Lord to dwell in this land
The beautiful home not made with sand
Make me possess clean heart and hands
To be worthy to, before thy throne, stand

There, all pains and sorrows shall be past
There will be no hunger nor need to fast
Earthly worries and woes behind us, cast
There, we shall be freed and freed at last!

Oh to dwell in the land of glory and splendour!
A place that radiates eternal majestic candour!
There, it is out of bound to all satanic odour!
There, we shall forever, God, worship and adore!

It is, again, a bright new day!
A day you can have your say
If only you will make your hay
And spread them in sun ray
Allowing God to guide your way!

I am excited like a groom with a new wife
As I daily soar very high like the eagle
This is always my earnest desire in life
I 'll excel and not continue to struggle!

I am expectant like a pregnant woman
As I explore through my inner potential
This I do daily as I strive to be a real man
And I will in life pursue only the essential!

I'm exempted from worry like a new born
As I trust in the providence of my Lord
This refreshes, feed me better than corn
And I shall go with ease in this world!

I am exalted like a reigning powerful king
As I rule over my self by self-discipline
This is a necessity to clip my carnal wing
And I shall avoid pride that is crippling!

On the land, in the sea and in the air
