The Parable of The Snakebites and The Anti-snake venom Sellers.
There once existed an empire where snakebites became very rampant. Citizens were dying in their millions.
The emperor of the empire became very worried as he was fast losing the vast population that made him so powerful!
In the midst of of his worry and anxiety, a group of Medical Researchers came to tell him that they had discovered an Anti-Snake Venom.
The emperor heaved a sigh of relief as he imagined how the lives of millions of the citizens of his empire would be saved and his empire and power, preserved.
The Medical Research Company soon began to roll out the snakebite medicine in hundreds of thousands of tons. As soon as anyone had a snakebite, the medicine was available for a fee which was gladly paid. Lives were saved. Smiles returned to the faces of many. They became very productive again. In return, the Medical Research Company was paying huge amount of money to the empire in taxes. The emperor was very happy and became more powerful.
Then, suddenly, another group of Research Scientists came to the emperor to tell him that they had discovered a - one - time chemical that would kill all the snakes that have been causing the poisonous snakebites in the empire. And the chemical was available for only a token.
The emperor was in dilemma. He bowed his head. He thought to himself, "If I listen to eradicate the poisonous snakes, I would put the snake venom medicines sellers out of business : and the huge taxes would stop. If I refuse to eradicate the poisonous snakes, my people would continue to suffer snakebites and pay heavily for anti - snake venom and the research scientists with the solution to eradicate the snakes would see me as a wicked emperor, interested only in gains but ignoring the pains of the citizens. What should I do?" Then he lifted up his head and motioned with his two hands to the Scientists and said, "You are hired, go eradicate the poisonous snakes!"
Moral of the Parable : It is The Courage of The Emperor in the above parable that is required to fight corruption in any nation!

Lesson from Maths : 11. 9999= 12, rounded up to 2 significant figures.
Lesson : Be a Significant Figure!
Don't be among the decimals. Decimals, when rounded up, increase the significant figures and they themselves fade to zero.
Be the Hero, not a Zero!
When decimals are rounded up, it gives them dismal feelings.
When you make significant contributions to life, life will never think of decimating you.

Strive for development or starve to death!
Of Laziness and Economic Depression.
The world is currently witnessing economic crunch of some sort.
Yet, in the same period, the rich is getting richer and the poor is getting poorer. Why?
The rich is cashing in on the laziness of the poor! The earth resources have not disappeared, they are just exchanging hands in a very dynamic manner, where wise people smile, and the foolish ones cry. With the exception, of course, of the few physically - and- mentally- challenged- by - birth folks.
I think people wasting precious and hard earned money on data plan on social media for the fun of it, (and yet they cry hard of economic hardship) without contributing any economic benefit to the society, need to have a rethink. Maybe they should go to the real field and get food, instead of chasing shadows on the global Cyberspace.
I think Agronomy can improve Economy.
How can hungry people, by reason of lack of food, think on how to improve their lives?
Fortunately, hunger can teach a man how to look for food, if only he is willing to learn. If he fails to learn, he might as well die of hunger!
Food is good and it's one of the best form of goods to be possessed by a society that hopes to be survived by subsequent generations.
But, "No food for a lazy man", so the saying goes!
We must decry laziness in all its ramifications (including political laziness), if our society is going to overcome economic depression.
A lazy man is a crazy man, for he hopes to eat without working.
A lazy man is just as good as being dead,
For he refuses to work for his daily bread.
We can overcome economic depression by both hard work and smart work, combined.

protects it

God planted

like flowers

and give
sweet fragrance
to the world!

be afraid of

We must trust
that God,
the Great Gardener,

from His
Beautiful flowers
will, of a surety,
keep them
from being harmed!

And I tell you, the proud 'll surely stumble!
The proud is ignorant and need be pitied,
If they don't change, they will be emptied
of what God lent to 'em and falsely claimed.
Until the glory of God shall be proclaimed!
The proud has no future except they repent.
God and all men, boastful men, they resent.
The proud shall groan in pain in the grave,
and shall forever roll in hell's flame's wave!
Proud people, hear my plea: change course!
The dangers of pride is a serious discourse.
If you repent, God will pardon your past,
And you'll be able to dwell with him at last!

if you do, bright present and future will be your fate!
Arise and rule over every life's circumstance,
for you were not born into this world by happenstance!
Be the architect of your destiny and be a conqueror,
to sources of discouragement in life, be a terror!

Head and Bread
Tell that man who productively engages his hands and head,
That of a certainty, he shall in no way ever, ever lack bread!
His barn shall undoubtedly be well built and be full of corn,
In times of famine, his neighbors shall not laugh him to scorn!
Give that man an assurance, who will diligently till his ground,
That he shall be well fed and in his house food shall abound!
Say unto him that hunger shall have no cause to do him harm,
Because he's brave and has summoned courage to go to the farm!
Beat the drum of hope into the ears of him that is very diligent,
Encourage him, appreciate him - to eulogize him, be not negligent!
That way, he will do more for himself and then for our world,
And discouragement shall not pierce his spirit like a sword!
Remember to always say, Hello To Excellence and To Hell With Mediocrity!!!

Widow in The Hollow of God's Hands.
WIDOW IN THE HOLLOW OF GOD'S HANDS.
No widow is an alien to sorrow; but the ones that truly know their God rest in the joy of a brighter tomorrow!
And they know that God who takes care of the sparrow will surely take care of them, so much more- to lend to people and never to borrow!
A godly widow knows that if God hides the little fishes in waters that flow in a furrow, that same God will shelter her, and she has the assurance that rain and sun shall not beat her to cause a furrow in her brow.
Weep no more, O widow, for your God is alive and mighty to keep you- today, tomorrow and forever! In the hollow of His hands will He hide you, all the day and night long and through the years! Your children will He also keep to grow to become your fruitful reward and their dreams shall never be hung in the galow!

Talk the Talk and Walk the Talk!
On the 28th of September, 2004 (On this day, 11 years ago!), while in my final year in the University as an undergraduate, I organized a two-day Seminar on "Creative Thinking" and I was the Host Speaker.
About 110 people attended the Seminar on the 1st day- including a Professor (the Guest Speaker); one of my Lecturers; two practicing Engineers; An Accountant; a Secondary School Student; a young high school leaver; Medical students; Law students; Engineering students; Basic Medical Science Students; Maths Students; Agric Students- etc...-cutting accross various departments of that Campus.
On the 1st day, that 28th September,2004, I spoke on: "The Power of Thoughts and Creative Thinking"
Here are some salient points from that Speech:
"Thoughts are silent conversations going on right between our subconscious mind and our conscious mind"
"Thoughts have changed the world; is changing the world; and will continue to change the world, into whatever God has planned it to be!"
"Through the power of thoughts, man has touched the depths of the oceans; the sky and outer space have witnessed the power of thoughts."
"Through the power of thought, you can travel back into your past; and through it, you can travel into your future"
"The subconscious mind synthesizes thoughts; the conscious mind analyzes thoughts. As the subconscious synthesizes, the conscious does the analysis of the thoughts: The conscious mind asks- is that reasonable, realistic...?.etc.."
"There are such things as 'reasonable thinking', 'realistic thinking', 'negative thinking', 'positive thinking', 'creative thinking', and even, 'destructive thinking'!"

I have been writing a book for the past 12 years and I have not published it, because I want to first WALK MY TALK!
And I thank God, I have good experiences to share: Today, I am the Area Business Manager (South-South, South-East, Nigeria) of a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company (present in over 60 countries of the world). A position I have been holding and growing in, close to four years now.
In June, this year, I was in Nairobi, Kenya, to receive an Excellence Award from the CEO/Director of the Company I work with and also to experience the wild life of Kenya- beautiful experience!
I also have a blog www.hellotoexcellence.blogspot.com where I share my Inspirational thoughts with the world!
I have given Inspirational Speeches to Secondary School Students, Undergraduates, National Youth Service Corp Members, Sub- Ordinates..etc...
My 1st Book will SOON go to the press!
Most importantly, I am married with two kids (Joan and Joshua).
And of GREATER Importance, I am BORN AGAIN!!!
And, Excellence is a NEVER ENDING Journey, I am still SAILING!!!
Looking back to a day like this, 28th September, 11 years ago, and all that I have been through- the highs and the lows; the ups and downs- I can't but just give all the GLORY UNTO THE LORD!

On the 28th of September, 2004 (On this day, 11 years ago!), while in my final year in the University as an undergraduate, I organized a two-day Seminar on "Creative Thinking" and I was the Host Speaker.
About 110 people attended the Seminar on the 1st day- including a Professor (the Guest Speaker); one of my Lecturers; two practicing Engineers; An Accountant; a Secondary School Student; a young high school leaver; Medical students; Law students; Engineering students; Basic Medical Science Students; Maths Students; Agric Students- etc...-cutting accross various departments of that Campus.
On the 1st day, that 28th September,2004, I spoke on: "The Power of Thoughts and Creative Thinking"
Here are some salient points from that Speech:
"Thoughts are silent conversations going on right between our subconscious mind and our conscious mind"
"Thoughts have changed the world; is changing the world; and will continue to change the world, into whatever God has planned it to be!"
"Through the power of thoughts, man has touched the depths of the oceans; the sky and outer space have witnessed the power of thoughts."
"Through the power of thought, you can travel back into your past; and through it, you can travel into your future"
"The subconscious mind synthesizes thoughts; the conscious mind analyzes thoughts. As the subconscious synthesizes, the conscious does the analysis of the thoughts: The conscious mind asks- is that reasonable, realistic...?.etc.."
"There are such things as 'reasonable thinking', 'realistic thinking', 'negative thinking', 'positive thinking', 'creative thinking', and even, 'destructive thinking'!"

THE SUPERIORITY OF GOD'S WORDS.

Know the Book Studies and Row the Boat of the Society!

I 'm not overly concerned about what you studied in school-
whether you studied:
Architecture or Anatomy;
English Language or Engineering;
Finance or French;
Law or Linguistics;
Mathematics or Medicine;
Philosophy or Pharmacy;
Religious Studies or Recreational Studies;
Zoology or Zonal (Regional/Urban) Planning
(Whatever!- inbetween the A-Z!)
- What I 'm REALLY concerned about is:
How are you going to to IMPACT YOUR WORLD and make our society a BETTER PLACE than you met it???!!!
Remember to always say, Hello To Excellence!

Greed Stinks and Stings!
GREED STINKS AND STINGS!
My heart bleeds for men that are conquered by greed!
I plead with them to see the need to be freed from greed!
I want them to know that God has enough for men's needs, but not for their greed!
Let them heed this warning:
The seeds of greed that they sow will grow to become evil weeds which will endanger their own souls and the souls of their children and even children's children's!!
Beware of greed!!!
On June 4th 2015, I penned down the below:
*FIFA is having fever
*Disease of greed
*Grabbing beyond needs
*Eating the future's seeds
*What a world body
*That belongs to somebody!

God's Rain for Life's Gain
God's Rain For Life's Gain
Grain by grain
As we pick our seeds,
And pray for God's rain
Sowing day by day, good deeds,
Our labour shall not go down the drain
And our garden won't be killed by weeds
We won't labour in vain
As we embrace good creeds
And daily develop our brains
As we constantly consume mental feeds
God 'll definitely give us our life's gains
And He 'll undoubtedly supply our needs
We shall not live in pain
If we remember to shun greed
And pursue not the minor but the main
Let us, against evil ambitions, take heed
And let us not kill our brothers like Cain
So shall we from evils be free and freed!
